At Above & Beyond Physiques, we train competitors for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and fitness/figure.
Fred has trained over 250 competitive individuals. All have earned top 3 placings at local competitions. Precontest diets are designed for as early as 20 weeks out; although most begin at 16 weeks out. Competitive clients are closely monitored (every 5 to 21 days) depending upon the condition of the athlete.
